1. Who we are
The aifound service is provided by Carolina Ciravegna, a freelance professional based in Italy, identifiable through the website gocarolina.cc. For all communications related to the service, the reference email address is hello@aifound.app.
2. What aifound is
aifound is an interpretive consulting service that provides, on a monthly basis, a narrative analysis of how a professional brand is represented within generative AI systems (currently ChatGPT by OpenAI, Gemini by Google, and Perplexity).
The service includes:
- A monthly PDF report delivered by email to the address provided by the user
- The actual responses obtained by querying the AI systems with different angles of inquiry
- A summary Visibility Score
- An interpretive narrative analysis written by a real person (human-in-the-loop)
- Strategic observations on the evolution of AI representation over time
aifound is not an automated tool nor a SaaS platform. It's a consulting service with a human-in-the-loop component that interprets the results produced by AI systems.
3. Activation and payment
Service activation follows a formal request through the website contact form or via email at hello@aifound.app. Economic terms, pricing and payment methods are agreed case by case and formalized in writing before service begins.
Payment is made by bank transfer or any other method agreed in writing between the parties, in compliance with applicable security standards.
4. Duration and cancellation
The subscription is monthly and cancellable at any time, with no commitment and no penalties. To cancel, simply send a notice to hello@aifound.app.
Once the cancellation request is received, the user will no longer be charged for subsequent months. The current month, if already paid, will be completed with delivery of the scheduled report.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under European consumer law for distance contracts (Directive 2011/83/EU, implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree 21/2014), consumer users have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the subscription date, without having to provide any reason and without any penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply send an explicit notice to hello@aifound.app. A full refund of any payment made will be issued.
However, the user loses the right of withdrawal if they have expressly requested and received the first monthly report before the 14-day deadline, as the service is considered fully delivered for that month.
6. Interpretive nature of the service
The AI systems that aifound observes are non-deterministic systems in continuous evolution. Their responses may vary over time, even for the same question, and depend on multiple factors outside aifound's control (model updates, algorithm changes, variations in the sources consulted by the models).
Consequently, aifound does not guarantee:
- Specific rankings within AI responses
- Quantifiable and repeatable visibility outcomes
- The inclusion of the user's brand in specific responses
- The elimination of distorted or incorrect representations produced by AI systems
aifound works to provide the user with observation and analysis tools that help them understand and improve their AI visibility over time, but cannot guarantee specific results. Anyone who promises such guarantees is providing inaccurate information.
7. Action Plan service
In addition to the monthly monitoring service, aifound offers a supplementary service called Action Plan: a personalized, one-time operational document with concrete instructions to hand to your technical team (web designer, developer, marketing consultant) to improve AI visibility.
The Action Plan is a separate service, priced on quotation, that requires a brief preliminary discovery call. Specific economic terms are agreed case by case and formalized in writing before the work begins.
8. Personal data and privacy
The processing of personal data is regulated by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, drafted in compliance with European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data collected during subscription (name, email, billing information) is used exclusively for service delivery, for communications necessary to the contractual relationship, and for tax obligations under Italian law.
9. Intellectual property
The contents of the monthly reports (Visibility Score, narrative analysis, strategic observations) are produced specifically for the subscribed user and are protected by copyright. The user may freely use the information contained in the report for personal and professional purposes, but may not resell, republish, or transfer it to third parties without explicit written authorization.
The aifound brand, the aifound.app website, and all informational and educational material published on the service's official channels are the property of Carolina Ciravegna.
10. Limitation of liability
aifound is committed to providing the service with maximum professional diligence. However, the user acknowledges and accepts that:
- The service provides an interpretive analysis, not a guarantee of results
- Operational decisions based on the contents of the report are solely the user's responsibility
- aifound is not responsible for any economic losses, reputational damage, or other harm the user may suffer as a result of using the information provided
- aifound is not responsible for malfunctions, suspensions, or changes to third-party AI systems (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) that may affect service delivery
11. Changes to the Terms
aifound reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, giving notice to users by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Users who do not accept the new conditions may cancel the subscription without penalty within that period.
12. Jurisdiction and applicable law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from or connected to the contractual relationship, the competent jurisdiction is that of the consumer's place of residence, where applicable, or that of Milan in other cases.
